When you upgrade to onsite maintenance installation is included. If you decide not to upgrade TecWorx has qualified technicians that can install any of the products we sell if required. Installations only - will carry a call-out + hourly rate fee.

Services are strategically located to provide the fastest onsite response on a nationwide basis Ie: Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape, and North West.
With the focus on primarily offering an exclusive onsite preventative service and maintenance, with key roles in all hardware maintenance of imaging peripherals and associated software products for document management solutions.
The comprehensive service and support offered through TecWorx on a contractual basis ensures that breakdowns are minimized, due to the following factors:
1. Preventative monthly or quarterly services with a 4 hour response time and
8 hour fix
2. Onsite maintenance, which includes consumables, cleaning materials and all
parts when needed.
3. Technical training in scanner operation and end-user scanner care
4. Reactive breakdown call centre for full monitoring
5. Warranty exchange on all parts if found faulty
6. Swap out units provided should a technician not be able to fix the problem onsite
7. Rentals
Maintenance & Installation
Maintenance & Installation for 1 and/or 3 year contracts will cover the following:
* Quarterly Preventative Services,
* Covers all Major Parts and Consumables,
* Delivery,
* Installation,
* Set-up,
* Labour &
* Travel included.
